	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 190 of the 2010 Public Laws entitled "An Act Relating
2	to Health and Safety – Health Care Services Utilization Review Act" is hereby repealed:
3	The date for repeal of the section is hereby extended to July 1, 2015.
4	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

1	This act would remove the sunset provision from the act that allows the department of
2	health to issue statutory variances from one or more of the specific requirements of the Health
3	Care Services Utilization Review Act.
4	This act would take effect upon passage.
