RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Chief |
2 | Richard Nicholas Ramsay may join Lauren Nicole Iasimone and Paul Richard McAtee in |
3 | marriage within the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or about September 6, 2014. Chief |
4 | Richard Nicholas Ramsay is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in |
5 | marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled |
6 | "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
