It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. YWCA Rhode Island, a nonbusiness corporation incorporated under the |
2 | general laws of this state, is hereby authorized to take, hold, transmit and convey real, mixed, and |
3 | personal estate without limit as to amount, and said real and personal estate shall be exempt from |
4 | taxation so long as said estate shall be used for the purposes for which said corporation was |
5 | incorporated. |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
