It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Virginia |
2 | A. DePasquale may join Meagan Leinhauser and Timothy Raymond O’Brien, Jr., in marriage |
3 | within the City of Warwick, Rhode Island, on or about September 26, 2014. Virginia A. |
4 | DePasquale is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage |
5 | pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
