1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 367
2	passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved June 19,
3	2014, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study and
4	Assess Rhode Island's 'Fair Funding Formula'" is hereby authorized to continue its study and
5	make a report to the House of Representatives on or before April 30, 2015, and said commission
6	shall expire on June 30, 2015; and be it further
7	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 367 passed by the
8	House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved June 19, 2014, be and
9	the same is hereby rescinded.

1	This resolution would extend the reporting date of the special legislative commission to
2	study Rhode Island's "Fair Funding Formula" from January 15, 2015 to April 30, 2015, and said
3	commission would expire on June 30, 2015.
