	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Michael
2	Louis Schwab may join Matthew Louis Schwab and Katy Ann Garbowicz in marriage within the
3	City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about August 16, 2015. Michael Louis Schwab is hereby
4	authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
5	accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
