1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 366
2	passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved June 19,
3	2014, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study the
4	Feasibility and Regulations Necessary to Implement Approval Inspections for Barbershop,
5	Hairdresser, and Cosmetician Locations and Apprenticeship Programs" is hereby authorized to
6	continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before March 3, 2015,
7	and said commission shall expire on April 30, 2015; and be it further
8	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 366 passed by the
9	House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved June 19, 2014, be and
10	the same is hereby rescinded.

	HAIRDRESSER, AND COSMETICIAN LOCATIONS AND APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS

1	This resolution would extend the reporting and expiration dates of the special legislative
2	commission to study the feasibility and regulations necessary to implement approval inspections
3	for barbershop, hairdresser, and cosmetician locations and apprenticeship programs from
4	February 3, 2015, to March 3, 2015, and said commission would expire on April 30, 2015.
