It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Michael |
2 | Narducci may join Nicole Narducci and Ian Klebauskas in marriage within the Town of North |
3 | Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about October 17, 2015. Michael Narducci is herby authorized |
4 | and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with |
5 | chapter 3 of title 15 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
