It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Craig Pina |
2 | may join Carlye Christina Crosby and Stephen Vincent Pina in marriage within the Village of |
3 | Wakefield, Rhode Island, on or about April 3, 2015. Craig Pina is hereby authorized and |
4 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter |
5 | 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
