1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 221
2	passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved April 29,
3	2014, entitled "HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO
4	STUDY AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS ON STREAMLINING THE PERMITTING
5	PROCESS FOR BUSINESSES IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND" is hereby reinstated and
6	the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a
7	report to the House of Representatives on or before March 9, 2016, and said commission shall
8	expire on May 20, 2016; and be it further
9	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution
10	No. 221 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved
11	April 29, 2014, be and the same is hereby rescinded.

1	This resolution would reinstate the life and extend the reporting and expiration dates of
2	the special legislative commission to study and provide recommendations on streamlining the
3	permitting process for businesses in the state of Rhode Island from January 6, 2015 to March 9,
4	2016, and said commission would expire on May 20, 2016.
