It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Margaret W. Hassan may join Elizabeth Marie Gionet Halliday and Patrick John |
3 | Murphy in marriage within the Town of Little Compton, Rhode Island, on or about September 26, |
4 | 2015. The Honorable Margaret W. Hassan is hereby authorized and empowered to join the |
5 | foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the general |
6 | laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
