	A N A C T
	SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Dale West
2	may join Elizabeth Schilke and Conrad Dersteine in marriage within the Town of Westerly,
3	Rhode Island, on or about September 20, 2015. Dale West is hereby authorized and empowered
4	to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the
5	general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
