RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Rita |
2 | Bryant may join Kristine Alvanas and Brian Kearns in marriage within the City of Newport, |
3 | Rhode Island, on or about September 18, 2015. Rita Bryant is hereby authorized and empowered |
4 | to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the |
5 | general laws entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
