LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE CHALLENGES FACING COMMERCIAL

DEVELOPMENT AND THE REDEVELOPMENT OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS IN RHODE

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 371

2

passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved June 20, 2014, entitled

3

"Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study the Challenges Facing

4

Commercial Development and the Redevelopment of Historic Buildings in Rhode Island" is

5

hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before March 31,

6

2015, and said commission shall expire on June 30, 2015; and be it further

7

     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 371 passed by the

8

Senate at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved June 20, 2014, be and the same is hereby

9

rescinded.

DEVELOPMENT AND THE REDEVELOPMENT OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS IN RHODE

     This resolution would extend the reporting date of the special legislative commission to

2

study the challenges facing commercial development and the redevelopment of historic buildings

3

in Rhode Island from February 15, 2015 to March 31, 2015, and said commission would expire

4

on June 30, 2015.
