RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Carol Ann Conboy, Associate Justice, New Hampshire Supreme Court, may join |
3 | Jason M. Andrew and Gina A. Bencivenga in marriage within the City of Providence, Rhode |
4 | Island, on or about March 7, 2015. The Honorable Carol Ann Conboy is hereby authorized and |
5 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter |
6 | 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
