It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Kevan J. Cunningham, First Justice, Taunton, Massachusetts, District Court, may join |
3 | Alexandra Jaye Cioper and Alan Jack Vaynerchuk in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode |
4 | Island, on or about June 13, 2015. The Honorable Kevan J. Cunningham is hereby authorized and |
5 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter |
6 | 15-3 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
