It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Ryan |
2 | Tallmadge may join Kristen Conley and Scott Rubin in marriage within the City of Providence, |
3 | Rhode Island, on or about September 5, 2015. Ryan Tallmadge is hereby authorized and |
4 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter |
5 | 3 of title 15 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriage." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
