RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Norman |
2 | Rogers, Esq., may join Charles B. Payne and Rebecca Choi in marriage within the Town of |
3 | Portsmouth, Rhode Island, on or about October 9, 2015. Norman Rogers, Esq., is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with chapter 3 of title 15 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
