	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Andrew
2	Neil may join James Reynolds and Talia Carnevale in marriage within the Town of Narragansett,
3	Rhode Island, on or about October 9, 2015. Andrew Neil is hereby authorized and empowered to
4	join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter 15-3 of the
5	general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
