RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Robert |
2 | George Madden may join Evan P. Shanley, Esq., and Meredith Jayne Garrity in marriage within |
3 | the Town of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about October 11, 2015. Robert George |
4 | Madden is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant |
5 | to and in accordance with chapter 3 of title 15 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
