EXPRESSING CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF BRUCE REYNOLDS CAPWELL, | |

1 | WHEREAS, Bruce Reynolds Capwell, Sr., of Greene, Rhode Island, passed away on |
2 | Sunday, May 10, 2015. He was the husband of 49 years to Diane A. Capwell; and |
3 | WHEREAS, Mr. Capwell was born in Providence, the son of the late Harry Olney and |
4 | Monique Capwell. He owned and operated Summit Painting for 26 years and prior to that, he |
5 | worked for many years at Herb Chambers Cadillac; and |
6 | WHEREAS, Mr. Capwell also served the citizens of Coventry, with honor and integrity |
7 | as a member of the Coventry Planning Commission. He had a passion for motorcycles and |
8 | muscle cars, but it was his family and friends that mattered most to him. He will be sorely missed |
9 | by all who knew him; and |
10 | WHEREAS, Aside from his wife Diane, Mr. Capwell leaves behind a son, David A. |
11 | Capwell, a brother, Mark A. Capwell, a sister, Dale Jenkins, and two grandchildren, Jacob and |
12 | Megan Capwell. He was the father of the late Bruce R. Capwell, Jr., and brother of the late |
13 | Hunter and Craig Capwell; now, therefore be it |
14 | RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations |
15 | hereby expresses its condolences to the Capwell Family on the passing of Bruce Reynolds |
16 | Capwell, Sr.; and be it further |
