RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Anthony |
2 | Simonelli, Jr., may join Rebeccah J. Stein and Alex S. Costa in marriage within the Town of |
3 | Foster, Rhode Island, on or about August 15, 2015. Anthony Simonelli, Jr., is hereby authorized |
4 | and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with |
5 | Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
