A N   A C T

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     Introduced By: Senator Frank S. Lombardi

     Date Introduced: May 28, 2015

     Referred To: Senate Judiciary

     It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Norman

Beliveau may join Dana Ciampanelli and Michael Mezt, Sr. in marriage within the City of

Warwick, Rhode Island, on or about September 12, 2015. Norman Beliveau is hereby authorized

and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with

Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."

     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

EXPLANATION

BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL

OF

RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

     This act would allow Norman Beliveau to join Dana Ciampanelli and Michael Mezt, Sr.

in marriage on or about September 12, 2015, within the City of Warwick, Rhode Island.

     This act would take effect upon passage.
