RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Frank S. Lombardi may join Nicolas DePaola and Vanessa DiPaolo in marriage within |
3 | the Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about August 8, 2015. The Honorable Frank S. |
4 | Lombardi is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant |
5 | to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
