1	RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not
2	otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2015-2016 the sums stipulated to pay the claims of the
3	following:
4	Senator James E. Doyle, II
5	The sum of $297.95 to pay the claim of David Newman of 14 Unity Street, Pawtucket,
6	Rhode Island 02860 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while traveling
7	on Post Road in the town of North Kingstown on or about September 7, 2013.
8	Senator Cynthia Armour Coyne
9	The sum of $209.30 to pay the claim of Patrick Lowell of 42 Leroy Drive, Riverside,
10	Rhode Island 02915 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while traveling
11	on Forbes Street in the city of East Providence on or about October 7, 2014.

13	The sum of $3,949 to pay the claim of Robin L Diehl of 253 Tiogue Avenue, Coventry,
14	Rhode Island 02816 for damages to her vehicle due to an improperly cleared road by The
15	Department of Administration employees in the area of Maine Street near Route 2 in the town of
16	Exeter on or about April 4, 2014.

18	The sum of $340.53 to pay the claim of Jason Atkins of 114 Federal Way Apt. 102,
19	Johnston, Rhode Island 02919 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while
20	traveling south on Route 95 at or near exit 10A on or about February 11, 2015.

8	Rhode Island 02865 for damages to her vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while traveling
9	on Route 246 at or near West River Road in the city of Providence on or about November 30,
10	2014.

12	The sum of $284 to pay the claim of Aaron Babikian of 27 Branch Avenue, Cumberland,

15	controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the General Treasurer for the
