RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general law or special law to the contrary, Mark |
2 | S. Hayward may join Amy Michele Famiglietti and Daniel Charles Sirois, Jr. in marriage within |
3 | the city of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about July 6, 2016. Mark S. Hayward is hereby |
4 | authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in |
5 | accordance with chapter 3 of title 15 of the general laws entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
