It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Dan E. |
2 | Blackstone may join Teresa Garcia and Jeffery Perez in marriage within the town of Westerly, |
3 | Rhode Island, on or about February 13, 2016. Dan E. Blackstone is hereby authorized and |
4 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter |
5 | 3 of title 15 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
