It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Anne |
2 | Carney Blain, Esq., may join Ali Bell-Irving and Jared Givens in marriage within the City of |
3 | Newport, Rhode Island, on or about June 17, 2016. Anne Carney Blain, Esq., is hereby authorized |
4 | and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with |
5 | Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
