	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Wayne
2	Brasco, Justice of the Peace, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, may join Angela Chouinard and
3	Matthew House in marriage within the Town of Middletown, Rhode Island, on or about
4	December 31, 2016. Wayne Brasco is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing
5	persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General
6	Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
