	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Sally
2	Decelles, Justice of the Peace, Massachusetts, may join Meghan Gaudet and Michael Decelles in
3	marriage within the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, on or about August 5, 2016. Sally
4	Decelles is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant
5	to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of
6	Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
