	RELATING TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY - THE NAMING OF STATE
	CONSTRUCTIONS - EAST BAY BIKE PATH

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Section 22-7.4-63 of the General Laws in Chapter 22-7.4 entitled
2	"Permanent Joint Committee on Naming All New Buildings, Bridges, Edifices and Other State
3	Constructions" is hereby amended to read as follows:
4	22-7.4-63. The Thomas Byrnes Bike Path. -- The East Bay Bike Path in the town of
5	Bristol towns of Bristol, Warren, and Barrington to the city of East Providence shall be named
6	and known as the Thomas Byrnes Bike Path.
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

	BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL

1	This act would name that portion of the East Bay Bike Path passing through the towns of
2	Bristol, Warren, and Barrington to the city of East Providence as the Thomas Byrnes Bike Path.
3	This act would take effect upon passage.
