	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Richard
2	Frank Ruggiero, Jr., may join Abby Rose Paon and Matthew James Sutton in marriage within the
3	Town of Johnston, Rhode Island, on or about July 2, 2016. Richard Frank Ruggiero, Jr., is hereby
4	authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
5	accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws entitled "Solemnization of
6	Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
