	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, James
2	Elkin may join Lauren Elkin and Tom Wajda in marriage within the City of Newport, Rhode
3	Island, on or about September 17, 2016. James Elkin is hereby authorized and empowered to join
4	the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the
5	General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
