CONGRATULATING LOUIS H. TESTA ON HIS RETIREMENT FROM THE TOWN OF

COVENTRY, RHODE ISLAND, AFTER FORTY-ONE YEARS OF DEDICATED AND

DEVOTED SERVICE TO THE CITIZENS OF COVENTRY

     WHEREAS, Louis H. Testa began his distinguished service with the Town of Coventry

in 1975, serving as a laborer within the department of public works. He steadily worked his way

up the ranks, serving as a driver and operator. Thanks to his tireless work ethic, extensive training

and his numerous skills he was promoted in 2000 to the position of Working Foreman; now,

therefore be it

     RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and

Providence Plantations hereby congratulates Louis H. Testa on his retirement from the Town of

Coventry, Rhode Island, after forty-one years of exemplary service to the citizens of Coventry.

We wish him continued success in all his future endeavors; and be it further

     RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to

transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to Mr. Louis H. Testa.
