	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the
2	Honorable Peter F. Kilmartin, Attorney General of the State of Rhode Island, may join Liane
3	McCarthy and Thomas Neville in marriage within the Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or
4	about August 24, 2016. The Honorable Peter F. Kilmartin is hereby authorized and empowered to
5	join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of
6	the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. The act shall take effect upon passage.
