	NAMING ALL NEW BUILDINGS, BRIDGES, EDIFICES AND OTHER STATE
	CONSTRUCTIONS

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Chapter 22-7.4 of the General Laws entitled "Permanent Joint Committee
2	on Naming All New Buildings, Bridges, Edifices and Other State Constructions" is hereby
3	amended by adding thereto the following section:
4	22-7.4-130. The 1st Sergeant P. Andrew McKenna Memorial Highway. -- Route 114
5	located in the towns of Bristol and Warren between the Warren Bridge and the Mount Hope
6	Bridge, shall also be known by the honorary name of the "1st Sergeant P. Andrew McKenna
7	Memorial Highway" in memory of 1st Sergeant P. Andrew McKenna.
8	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.

1	This act would provide that the section of Route 114 located in the towns of Bristol and
2	Warren between the Warren Bridge and the Mount Hope Bridge shall also be known by the
3	honorary name of 1st Sergeant P. Andrew McKenna Memorial Highway, in his memory.
4	This act would take effect upon passage.
