2 | Persechini may join Elizabeth Owens and Jason Pavao in marriage within the City of Newport, |
3 | Rhode Island, on or about August 6, 2016. Michael Persechini is hereby authorized and |
4 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter |
5 | 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
