RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Ritchie |
2 | Emmons may join Grace Clifford Emmons and Ryan Michael Carroll in marriage within the city |
3 | of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about June 18, 2016. Ritchie Emmons is hereby authorized and |
4 | empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with chapter |
5 | 3 of title 15 of the general laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
