1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 284
2	passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2014, and approved May 22, 2014, entitled
3	“SENATE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO
4	STUDY CHANGES TO JOINT TORTFEASORS” is hereby reinstated and the same members
5	are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate
6	on or before March 30, 2017, and said commission shall expire on June 30, 2017; and be it
7	further
8	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution
9	No. 284, passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2014 and approved May 22, 2014, be
10	and the same is hereby rescinded.

1	This resolution reinstates the life and extends the reporting date and expiration dates of
2	the Special Legislative Commission To Study Changes to Joint Tortfeasors from January 6, 2015
3	to March 30, 2017.
4	The commission shall expire on June 30, 2017.
