1	RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 352
2	passed by the Senate at its January Session, A.D. 2015, and approved June 4, 2015, entitled
3	"Senate Resolution Creating "The Ocean State World Language Learning Commission" to Study
4	the Impact of the State's School Funding Formula on Language Learners" is hereby authorized to
5	continue its study and make a report to the General Assembly on or before May 31, 2016, and
6	said commission shall expire March 31, 2017; and be it further
7	RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution
8	No. 352, passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2015, and approved June 4, 2015, be
9	and the same is hereby rescinded.

1	This resolution would extend the reporting date of The Ocean State World Language
2	Learning Commission from January 28, 2016, to May 31, 2016, and said commission would
3	expire on March 31, 2017.
