	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Chris
2	Dlugolecki may join Ashley Megan McDonald and Allen Douglas Beye in marriage within the
3	City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about October 8, 2016. Chris Dlugolecki is hereby
4	authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
5	accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of
6	Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
