	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Harry E.
2	Tutko may join Jane S. Manaras and Joseph S. Morris in marriage within the Town of
3	Narragansett, Rhode Island, on or about September 24, 2016. Harry E. Tutko is hereby authorized
4	and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with
5	Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages."
6	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
