RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, John-Paul |
2 | Anthony Verducci may join Deborah Hope Lavoie and Leonard Raymond Cotnoir in marriage |
3 | within the Town of North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about September 25, 2016. John-Paul |
4 | Anthony Verducci is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage |
5 | pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled |
6 | "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
