	A N A C T
	RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

	It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
1	SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special laws to the contrary, Kevin
2	John Higham may join Melissa Ann Ferreira and Andrew Ryan Beauregard in marriage within
3	the City of Newport, Rhode Island, on or about August 19, 2016. Kevin John Higham is hereby
4	authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in
5	accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of
6	Marriages."
7	SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
