RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the |
2 | Honorable Ann Marie Gioia Justice of the Peace in Massachusetts may join Alexandria Milot and |
3 | Michael Conway in marriage within the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or about June 4, |
4 | 2016. The Honorable Ann Marie Gioia is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing |
5 | persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General |
6 | Laws, entitled "Solemnization of Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
