RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES | |

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Terrance |
2 | N. Turner, Esq., Justice of the Peace, may join Ellen Boscia and Kevin Thomas Sullivan in |
3 | marriage within the Town of Bristol, Rhode Island, on or about July 1, 2016. Terrance N. Turner, |
4 | Esq., is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to |
5 | and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled "Solemnization of |
6 | Marriages." |
7 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
