1	RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not
2	otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2016-2017 the sums stipulated to pay the claims of the
3	following:
4	Senator Leonidas P. Raptakis
5	The sum of $595.92 to pay the claim of Frank Playo of 624 Washington Avenue A-306,
6	Coventry, Rhode Island 02816 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while
7	traveling on Route 117 West in the area of Legris Avenue in the City of Warwick on or about
8	February 16, 2016.
9	Senator Hanna M. Gallo
10	The sum of $550.00 to pay the claim of Ryan Richardson of 140 Lakeview Road in
11	Cranston, Rhode Island 02920 for damage to his property at 140 Lakeview Road as the result of
12	improperly trimmed tree limbs maintained by the Department of Environmental Management in
13	the area of Mishanticut Lake in the City of Cranston on or about August 14, 2015.
14	Senator Paul W. Fogarty
15	The sum of $464.68 to pay the claim of Richard Autiello of 1152 Reynolds Road,
16	Glocester, Rhode Island 02814 for damages to his vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while
17	traveling on Route 6 in the Town of Johnston on or about February 16, 2016.

19	The sum of $461.79 to pay the claim of Alfred Green III of 45 Prospect Street in
20	Cranston, Rhode Island 02920 for damages to his vehicle when it struck roadway debris while

1	traveling south on Route 146 at or near Charles Street in the City of Providence on or about
2	February 1, 2015.
3	Senator James C. Sheehan
4	The sum of $685.73 to pay the claim of Gregg Field of 126 Olde Mill Lane, North
5	Kingstown, Rhode Island 02852 for damages to his vehicle when it was damaged by Department
6	of Environmental Management employees cutting grass at Goddard Memorial State Park in the
7	City of Warwick, on or about July 23, 2015.
8	Senator John A. Pagliarini Jr.
9	The sum of $175.18 to pay the claim of Candace Carroll of 14 Easterbrook Avenue,
10	Bristol, Rhode Island 02809 for damages to her vehicle when it struck a roadway defect while
11	traveling in Colt State Park at or near the entrance on or about June 8, 2015; and the state
12	controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the General Treasurer for the
13	payment of said funds.
