It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 42-4 of the General Laws entitled "State Emblems" is hereby |
2 | amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 42-4-21. State marine mammal. -- The harbor seal is hereby designated as the official |
4 | state marine mammal. |
5 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
