It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Chapter 46-12.2 of the General Laws entitled "Rhode Island Infrastructure |
2 | Bank" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: |
3 | 46-12.2-28. Enforcement. – The director of the department of environmental |
4 | management shall have the discretion to issue violations for failure to comply with any provision |
5 | of this chapter and may issue penalties for violations as are permitted pursuant to §46-12.2-4. |
6 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
