It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: | |
1 | SECTION 1. Title 21 of the General Laws entitled "FOOD AND DRUGS" is hereby |
2 | amended by adding thereto the following chapter: |
3 | CHAPTER 27.2 |
4 | DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOWS -- ASSISTANCE TO DEAF AND HARD-OF-HEARING |
5 | 21-27.2-1. Drive-through windows. -- Every establishment selling drinks or food by the |
6 | use of drive-through windows shall install at the ordering station serving each such window, |
7 | equipment to be used to assist the deaf and hard-of-hearing in ordering, and shall train its |
8 | personnel in the use of such equipment. |
9 | SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. |
